10:00 am  Volunteer Gathering & Introductions – What is your passion?   How do you want to help  COsEA members support each other?  Are you offering expertise to share?  Do you want to learn new skills?  Adjust the day’s schedule and events to satisfy those present & participating

11:00 am  Survey of COsEA communication tools and support technology with emerging volunteer opportunities:  Electronic Archives, Website, Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, Zoom, Facebook

Noon – Munch and talk;  back to exploring wants, needs, and volunteer opportunities, perhaps with some tax season talk too while we have lunch

1:00 pm  Setting up Zoom meetings & webinars for continuing education & then posting meetings and webinars to the COsEA.org website – Members meeting on November 18th

2:00 pm  Updating the COsEA.org website, posting news notes and information sharing;  perhaps a discussion of the COsEA Facebook page & Facebook group if time

3:00 pm  Maintaining the Constant Contact membership list & using it for membership communications and sometimes with Survey Monkey;  Using Survey Monkey after webinars
