2:00-4:30 This session will explore current and emerging Colorado tax issues affecting tax professionals and their clients. Presenters are Bonne Dethlefs, Michelle Divan, and Jeremy Tucker.
Sample topics include:

- Oil and gas severance tax issues
- Recent legislative and regulatory changes
- Income and sales tax issues
- Credits and deductions
- State tax adjustments
- Compliance requirements
Presentations will be followed by a roundtable discussion of current Colorado tax issues, practical considerations, and questions encountered by tax professionals.
