The FAMLI Division within the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment is proposing several regulatory changes to the Family & Medical Leave Insurance Program, including a premium rate reduction of 0.86% for calendar year 2027. Please see the attached proposed amendments to the FAMLI program: 1107-1, 1107-3, 1107-5, 1107-6, 1107-7, and 1107-8.

 The Public Hearing on these amendments will be held on Tuesday, August 18 at 3:00- 4:00 PM. The Division will be accepting testimony and written comments only during the hearing.
